  • Kalınlık ayar kolunun kilit mengenesinii arkasından gevşetin, gereken kesme kalınlığına göre kolu ayarlayın, kol kilidi mengenesini sıkıca sıkın.
  • Eti bıçak üstüne doğru itin ve etin bıçak ile merdane arasına girmesini sağlayın ve ardından et kesme işlemini gerçekleştirin.
  • Et kesme işlemi bitene kadar acil durum dışında, ayak pedalına basmayı bırakmayın.
  • Et sıkışmasında eti sıkıştığı yerden geri çekerek çıkarmaya çalışmayın.
  • Bıçakla etin kalan yerinden kesin ve sıkışan eti, kalınlık ayarını yükselterek makineyi çalıştırarak çıkartın.
  • İş tamamlandıktan sonra, birikintileri dikkatlice temizlemek için tezgahı ve sıyırıcı milini bir temizleme fırçası ile açıp temizleyin,
  • Sıyırıcı milini ve tepsiyi tekrar kullanmak üzere kapatın.
  • Acil bir durum varsa, ekipmanın çalışmasını durdurmak için hemen, çalıştırma pedalından ayağınız kaldırınız!!!
  • Et kesme işlemi olmuyor ve merdaneye et parçaları dolmaya başlıyorsa, bıçak körelme durumunu kontrol ederek, bıçağı talimatlara göre yenisi ile değiştirin.

Confirm wether the rotation direction is correct, loosen the thickness adjustment handle,adjus according to the required peeling thickness, adjust the handle lock tightly and then peeling . After the work is completed, be sure to open the workbnch and the comb shaft with a cleaning fork to carefully clean the debris, and close the comb shaft and the table after cleaning for reuse.If there is an emergency, the foot should be lifted immediately to stop the operation of the equipment.
